In this essay, we will explore both viewpoints and provide our own analysis.

 Those who believe that climate has the greatest effect on people's way of life argue that climate influences various aspects of life, such as the types of crops that can be grown, the availability of natural resources, and the prevalence of natural disasters. For example, in regions with harsh climates, such as drought or extreme temperatures, people may have to adapt their way of life in order to survive. They may need to migrate to different areas in search of resources, or they may need to change their livelihoods to something that is more sustainable in their particular climate.

 On the other hand, those who believe that the economy has the greatest effect on people's way of life argue that the economy determines people's access to education, healthcare, and job opportunities. For example, in regions with strong economies, people may have more opportunities for personal and professional development. They may be able to afford quality education and healthcare, and they may have a greater range of job options. In contrast, in regions with weak economies, these opportunities may be more limited, which can have a significant impact on people's way of life. 

In conclusion, both climate and the economy can have significant impacts on people's way of life. It is difficult to say definitively which factor has the greatest effect, as it can vary depending on the specific circumstances of a particular region or community.
